We cater events from as few as 50 to over 25,000 guests.

Favorites like Luau's, Mexican, Hawaiian, Caribbean, Cajun, Latin, Cuban, Creole, Polynesian, Southern, Western, Southwestern to name a few, crowd pleasers.

We have International Chefs to delight your tastes.

Our experienced local Chef will cook onsite for you (at your location) on a custom designed grill.
Our trained staff stays busy prepping and maintaining the buffet for your event while your personal chef is busy cooking on the grill.

You select the food menu, We pick up your food, bring it to you, Cook and prep the food, serve the food and leave any food left on the buffet with you.
We don't keep any food in storage. The Chef purchases fresh food specifically for you or your event.

IF OUR PHONES ARE BUSY IT IS BECAUSE WE ARE GIVING DETAILED INFORMATION TO OTHER CLIENTS, AS WE WILL BE GIVING TO YOU.

Typical buffet duration is available for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 1/2 hours for food service unless longer buffet times are needed. Food safety is a must. For events that need food for longer time periods please notify yout catering professional.

If you need our staff to stay longer than scheduled, additional fees will be charged for each staff person.
Please let us know how long you will need our staff for your event.

Gratuity is a separate fee and the amount is left to the clients discretion and should never be solicited by our staff.


Phone Consulting, Menu Planning, Event Food Preparation, Equipment and Grills, Onsite Cooking, Buffet Setup and Break Down, Napkins,

Disposable Plates, Knives, Forks, Serving Pans, and anything else required to make your event a success.
Please remember that your menu can be customized to your event requirements.

To reserve your event a deposit of 25% is due at booking. We only cater one event per day. Balance of invoice is due 10 days prior to your date, when final head count is given.
