STAFFING, ADMINISTRATION, SERVICE:
Staffing fees covers all company expenses from the first contact through the final contact and covers everything in between with the exception of food, beverages, rentals. The Service  fee also "includes" the Procurement fee. Some companies refer to the administration fee as a Service Fee. We don't hide this or any cost in the food price. We don't hide any costs anywhere. You will find this fee listed in the equipment/supplies column on your invoice. We believe in being upfront and including all expenses before final billing, not after.

The Staffing/Admin fee is not a Gratuity, but helps us to defer expenses associated with catering events. It includes all actions such as administrative phone calls, emails, clerical correspondence, insurance, all staff payroll that works on your event, plus the staff that works for your event away from your catered location, travel expenses (portal to portal), loading and unloading away from the catered location.  It also includes the cleaning of our equipment before, after, & all other costs associated with your event. It covers all expenses before, after, and away from your event. Gratuity is left to the discretion of the client. Please feel free to tip the staff if you are happy with the service provided.

All our buffets are self serve. Buffet servers are extra and can be ordered if you feel it necessary to have your guests served. All full catering requires cooking staff. You will have a Chef and Support Staff based on your headcount and are only onsite to prep, cook and maintain the buffet. The higher the headcount the greater need for additional staffing. Bartenders and Buffet Servers are available at a minimum of 4 hours.

PAYMENT: 
To Reserve your date a non refundable deposit of 25% is due at booking. Once we sell that date to you, the date is yours, and it is no longer for sale and it is removed from our calendar. This protects you and that date is yours and only yours. We only cater one event per day. The reason we only cater one event per day is so we can concentrate on you and only you. We are all about quality not quantity. Balance of Invoice is due 10 days prior to your date and we order your food at that time. We accept many forms of payment, including corporate checks, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club).

GRATUITY:
A SERVICE FEE is not a Gratuity. A Gratuity is a separate fee and it is left up to your discretion as to how much you wish to tip your staff. Industry Standard is 15%-25% of your bill.
